- BeauandEbenHolwick
- Beau and I met when we were 11 years old. After 12 years, 2 missions, some school, and a lot of prayers we were married March 21st 2008 in the Salt Lake Temple. We now have two beautiful children. Our son, Adley Beau, is 2 1/2 and our little girl, Arabella Eliza is 18 months, and we have another little boy on the way:) Life with our little family is better than we ever could have dreamed!

So, before our move, I was doing so well with my exercise program. I was working out 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes. I was doing this faithfully for about 5 months. Then we moved and everything has been crazy with little of our own space and a crazy schedule, thus the exercise program went into non-existence. Well, finally about a month ago, mom and I started walking 3 times a week to get back to something at least. Yesterday, however, i had the house to myself with my kids so I decided to do some workout videos. These were some that I used to do, but I kinda grew out of them cuz they weren't that difficult after awhile. Hah! I did 30 minutes worth yesterday, and by the last ten minutes I could feel my muscles already getting sore. I wasn't dying through these workouts, but actually having fun, so I didn't think they were that hard, but by the time I was done I could definitely feel the soreness coming on. By afternoon/evening I was in PAIN! I had to take Tylenol to be able to sleep. I can't ever remember being so sore. I don't know what that's about, but I'll have to wait a couple days to do that again:) Anyhow, we're going to find out the babies gender this Thursday! Can't wait. You guys should tell me if you think it's a boy or girl. Beau says it's definitely a BOY, I can't decide what I think. My little brother says boy, and his wife says girl. What do ya Think?

Family Outings
So, I've gotten really bad about doing anything online. It's like once it has been so long, it's hard to get back. I'm not going to try to go back but just start from the present. We are now here in Washington, staying with my parents, working on finishing the basement so we can rent it from them:) I am 5 months pregnant now, and can find out the baby's gender in two weeks. The babies are so big and so smart. I just can't believe how fast they are growing. Arabella will be starting nursery next month. Whoohoo! Anyhow, it's all about the pictures right...here they are:)

My sweet babies are so Big!
Arabella got her flu shot, so she's been fine. Beau's keeping busy with his full-time classes and Job. We've still been able to find time to play our Christmas Present, Our new Wii. It's so much fun, and good exercise too:). Beau has decided Not to go into nursing and wants to finish his Bachelors in another direction, which means we won't be sticking around Show Low for a lot longer. We are not sure when we will go elsewhere for school but possibly
by the end of the Semester. Life is very
unpredictable at times, especially when you're trying to figure out what the Lord would have you do.:) But it keeps us on our toes:)
We had a great trip to Utah, two weeks ago, for my Mom and Hal's sealing in the Salt Lake Temple. It was such an amazing sealing! I am so
happy for them.
We also got a chance to take the kids to visit Beau's mom, which was really great too.

A New Year
Wow! It gets harder and harder to keep this thing updated. We had a wonderful Christmas with our family. They all came from Washington, except Courtney, and Kallam and Kayla came up from Mesa, for a week. It was so great to spend that time together, and for Adley, Blake and Arabella to get to play together. We had a big Birthday party for all the kids as well as Mom, Beau, and Me, since we all have Birthdays within a few days of each other. Francine made cakes for all the kids and we all opened presents. It was so good to see Mom and Hal and my siblings! Now everyone's gone home and it's so quiet. All my Christmas Decorations are put away, and I think we'll need to get a bigger place to fit all the new toys. My kids got spoiled. I can't believe how my babies have grown. Arabella turned one on January 3rd, and Adley will be two at the end of the month. I am so grateful to have my wonderful family!

Ok, so now that it's been like a month and a half, I figure it's time to update. The weeks have been flying by. I feel like Beau has been gone so much, and when he's home we're both so exhausted we hardly do much. But I know times like these don't last forever:) My babies are growing so fast. Arabella is furniture walking now, and pulling herself up to everything. She's got 4 little teeth too, which she uses to eat anything she can get her hands on. At her nine month visit she weighed just under 20lbs! Adley knows like a million animals and their sounds and a few of his colors. He loves loves loves reading. He's my little helper around the house, and of course my little mess maker as well.;) Several weeks ago we took the kids to the pumpkin patch in Snowflake, and the kids loved it. We picked out a big one for Mommy and Daddy and a little one for Adley and Arabella. Then finally this week we carved them and put them out for Halloween:) Our ward had a party this past Thursday which we took the kids to. Adley was a cute little cowboy. We couldn't find a decent costume for a decent price so Stella sewed him a vest and chaps. SO CUTE. Better than anything bought and to make them only cost three bucks! We found a little hat, sheriffs badge, and handkerchief for $5, and he had a little stick horse from the dollar store too. So for under $10 he had the cutest cowboy costume ya ever did see. Arabella was a little fairy princess, with purple wings, a purple skirt, and a matching wand and socks. She was adorable. They had a great time at the party. Adley is sure getting the hang of this Trunk or Treat thing, and all the candy:) On actual Halloween night we went to Beau's Grandma's house to watch movies and have dinner. Uncle Alex and Aunt Katie took the kids to the town Truck or Treat, but Adley was so afraid of all the masks he clung to Uncle Alex the whole time. We had a good night.I'm so excited to know that my family has there plane tickets and are for sure coming for Christmas. Actually Levi, Breeze and Blake are coming for Christmas, but Mom, Hal, and Adam are coming on the 27th. Kallam and Kayla are coming as well, so it will be a blast. And everyone's staying with us. We'll either love each other all the more by the time everyone leaves or be at each other's throats:) he he. No, it'll be great. I just wish my Sis could come, but she has to work. Hopefully she'll come later after the holidays.
Anyhow this post is long enough for now. I've
got to add some pics:)

WASHINGTON TRIP
Well, we had a wonderful trip to see my family
in Washington State. We got to be there for 10 days. It was great to see my family again, and to
have the opportunity for our kids to get to know their Grandma and Grandpa Flake and
aunts and uncle. Adley got to play with his Cousin Blake which was fun to see as well. He also got his first quad ride and he LOVED it. After his first ride he literally jumped at every chance he got to ride again. It was so good to spend time with my family, and I wish we could have stayed longer, but I'm so grateful for the time we had and that it worked out for Beau to be there with us too.
